Real Wedding: Fairy Tale Gown, White Lace

Bride Tara was so wonderful to work with, she visited me at my Chicago studio to order the Fairy Tale Gown in white lace and cotton. We did a couple of fittings on her gown to get everything just right.  She is one of the most positive, sunny brides I have had the pleasure to work with! Tara got married at the Secret Garden Honky Tonk BBQ in Chicago, August 2013.  Photography is by Photo I.D.

A lovely note from the bride (made my day!):

I wanted to write you and let you know what an absolute hit my dress was on our big day! So many people commented on how lovely it was, and how they were blown away by the design, the fit, the lace, the bodice...you name it, it got a compliment! One of the best came from my little 4-year-old pal Natalie, "You look like a swan and you look pretty." You really can't beat that!

Real Wedding: Ivory Lace Wedding Gown

White Rose Lace Gown

Happy Friday!  Photos are from the Committed Love Fashion show last month, modeled by Ulyana, this is one of my new wedding gown designs with lace rose flowers around the strapless bodice. This gown is a mix of lace and eyelet (with pockets).  More photos from the runway coming soon!

Real Wedding: Garden Party

Sarah's June Wedding PART II

As promised here are some pictures of Sarah's wedding dress which was custom designed: made from french lace and silk, v-neck front and back, fitted to the hi-hip with a soft drapey flare in skirt. Finished with beaded flower appliques of pearls and swarovski crystals.

These are some of the most elegant and beautiful dancing pictures I've seen, the bride and groom danced to the russian waltz, I love how it shows off the fullness in the skirt.
